David is a senior executive with over 30 years of experience in corporate finance, corporate development, and business development. He was formerly VP of Business Development at Vacayou, the leading platform devoted solely to booking Wellness & Active travel. From 2015 to 2020, David was Zeel’s Head of Corporate and Business Development where he focused on growing the company’s hospitality initiatives including hotel and spa partnerships and corporate wellness. David joined the wellness industry mid-career in 2008 spending seven years as YeloSpa’s Head of Development and CF0, in addition to a two-year stint at Spafinder Wellness, as VP of Sales and Marketing. Prior to this, David was a Managing Partner at Paradox Capital Partners, where he invested in consumer brands, and was Director of Corporate Development at PLX Systems, a financial technology company focused on the valuation and management of intellectual property.
David earned a BA in Philosophy from the University of Colorado and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
